On December 21st, the High-Level Forum of Spanish Industry was constituted. This consultative organ will have the mission of advising the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in the implementation of the Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, known as España Puede, and in the creation of a new state industrial policy.
With the support of the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Reyes Maroto, the Forum is made up of 30 business and union organizations from our country. The meeting, chaired by the Secretary General of Industry and SMEs Raúl Blanco, focused on the debate of the España Puede Plan. This plan centers on four pillars that will structure the country's economic transformation: ecological transition, digital transformation, gender equality, and social and territorial cohesion.
The Forum has defined its lines of action in relation to the Spanish Strategy for Industrial Promotion 2030. This strategy, which shares objectives of growth and sustainability with the FEINDEF Foundation, will serve to achieve a requested State Pact that aims to lead to the elaboration of a new Industry Law.
