Encaja Embalajes - 360 Eco Packaging has almost 85 years of experience in the sector, providing its clients with a comprehensive 360º service in the field of packaging and logistics, based on two fundamental pillars: constant innovation and eco-efficient manufacturing, vital for the correct development of the production process.

This service ranges from advice and optimisation in the packaging processes of companies, to the implementation of sustainable packaging (circular economy) through staff training, to "Just in Time" operations that include storage and centralised management of purchases and transport.

We collaborate as a member of the CTN 192 SC 03 Subcommittee (UNE/ISO) in the development of a new regulation in the field of transport of dangerous goods together with AENOR and the Ministry of Industry (development of ISO 16495).

Furthermore, we actively participate in different associations such as AESMIDE, the Packaging Innovation Cluster and IDEPA, as well as being registered in different platforms such as RGDAM.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Our product portfolio includes different sustainable and returnable packaging solutions manufactured in different materials - wood, metal, cardboard, polypropylene or plastic - depending on the needs of each customer.

It should be noted that we are ADR certified and approved manufacturers according to current regulations, with more than 40,000 boxes manufactured under these characteristics.

Moreover, we have other products necessary for the optimisation of logistic processes, such as lifting platforms, sea containers -standard or customised-, among other things.

Regarding our services, we highlight the training of our customers in different areas related to logistics, packaging and the regulations that affect them (EN12195, IMO2014, ADR, IATA, etc.).

We develop together with our customers, digital utilities such as intelligent guides or e-learning systems to channel internal / external (suppliers and customers) company information in a unified, efficient and effective way.

In addition to the above, we also provide training in ecopackaging, so companies can obtain ecological results at a lower cost. These courses have also been given to multinational companies from different sectors.

On a regular basis, we work with leading national and international firms, such as Siemens, General Dynamics, ThyssenKrupp, Nammo, General Electric, Airbus, Talgo, Maxam, Saint Gobain and companies related to the Ministry of Defence, among others.

We also belong to the Board of Directors of the Innovation Club and collaborate with technology centres such as AIDIMME and ISEC in the development of new projects.

Additionally, all our manufacturing processes are subject to quality control systems and are committed to the environment. We are certified with ISO9001, PEFC/FSC® (chain of custody) and ISPM15 (phytosanitary regulations for export), among others.
