The Madrid 112 Security and Emergencies Agency is an instrument at the service of citizens that allows for the integration of the response of the different bodies to risk situations that affect them, establishing a single emergency response system. The development of joint action procedures, the implementation of common technological and communication platforms, as well as the promotion of transversal and specialised training for all the agents involved, are the Agency's main objectives.

112 of the Community of Madrid celebrates its 25th Anniversary. During these 25 years, 112 has been the point of reference in emergency situations for the citizens of Madrid, handling more than 107 million calls, providing assistance and coordinating the necessary resources to guarantee the safety and well-being of all Madrid citizens and visitors to the Region of Madrid.
